RUMOR: Jimmy Butler Love Child of the G.O.A.T.
This is highly speculative, and to this point outside of one person’s “tip” the rumor has zero legs. But popular blogger, Terez Owens had suggested from a “tip” that Jimmy Butler is Michael Jordan’s love child.
Here is the “tip” he received which was posted with the article.
Since his post, the internet PI’s have been on the case uncovering every stone they could.

Jimmy was born on September 14th, 1989. While a February trip in 1989 could plausibly put a time line together, this would have caused Jimmy to be born two months early. There is nothing from Jimmy’s past that mentions him being born prematurely, however he was kicked out of his home at 13 so his early years aren’t exactly clear.
There have been numerous reports of Jordan’s mistresses in every city from his playing days. People often claim that MJ might not have had the sparkling reputation he does if the internet was more developed, cell phones were around, and everyone had access to instant interaction like they do with social media.
Butler is a Jordan athlete, and recently he’s gotten his hands on some rather rare Jordan’s.

While this could be twisted into, Jordan knows he is Butler’s father and had opened his business does to him, it really means nothing. Butler is a high profile NBA All-Star caliber player. The Jordan brand likes to be connected with high profile athletes to give more credibility and reasoning as to why a consumer should spend $150-300 on a pair of J’s.
The rumor, while fun to speculate and think that’s why Butler is basketball gifted, has very little merit outside of a currently anonymous post written to Terez. I don’t think the internet sleuths will be the ones to blow the case of who Jimmy Butler’s father is, or the Jimmy Butler love child case at all.
