Some Fan Fell Over the Basket at Wrigley

How does one simply fall over the basket and onto the warning track at Wrigley Field? The answer is: he/she doesn’t.

Apparently some guy found a way to do that. It couldn’t have been easy.

I hope the fan – however he got there – will be all right. But I just sit here confused on how the basket failed to act as a barrier in this situation. Maybe someone got video that has yet to surface.
