There has been some speculation on if Kyle Schwarber would play left field once the Chicago Cubs returned home on Friday. Well, there’s some news on that front.

Had Schwarber been medically cleared he would have shagged fly balls during today’s practice. This doesn’t exactly rule him out from fielding a position in game four or five – but without time to see what he is capable of it is highly unlikely.
