This is a difficult day for a lot of Chicago Cubs fans. I think it is a difficult day for the Cubs, for Theo Epstein, for Jed Hoyer, and of course the Maddon family. But, as Theo says, this is a wonderful opportunity for Joe and there will be a TON of teams bidding for his services.
