Cubs Announce Guns N Roses, Doesn’t go as Expected
One of the most iconic rock bands over the past 35 years, Guns N Roses will play Wrigley Field on Sunday, July 26th. I’m excited as they’re a band I’ve always wanted to see, never had the chance to, and my wonderful wife secured tickets. Apparently, according to other Chicago Cubs fans, I’m in the minority.
As the Cubs announced ticket sales on Friday, February 10th, the reaction wasnt that great.
The fans on Facebook have been pretty ruthless so far. I do notice that one fans saying he bought tickets though (see ya at the show!).
Twitter was a similar reaction.
Hear iconic rock heroes @gunsnroses show off their vast catalog of hits at Wrigley Field!

I don’t care what any of them say though. It’s going to be an awesome show and I’ll finally get to see GNR live! I for one can’t wait.
