Cubs Announce NLCS Game 1 Starter
The Chicago Cubs have the luxury of setting up their rotation in any way they wish as they wait for the winner of the LA Dodgers and New York Mets Divisional Series. With both Jon Lester and Jake Arrieta available, manager Joe Maddon has selected which one will go in Game 1 of the NLCS which starts Saturday.

Are you surprised Cubs fans? Did you think Arrieta would get the nod over Lester?
Let us know!
Arrieta should be first .that way if the need him later on he had time to rest his arm , unless it is so he can pitch first for the World Series !
Both Arrieta and Lester will be used multiple times in the next series (unless there is a sweep).
