Ex-Bear Destroys the Team, Coaches, and Jay Cutler

It is the annual jump on Chicago Bears beleaguered quarterback, Jay Cutler day in the NFL. It never fails, a skilled player leaves the Bears, right around week 7 or 8 said player unleashes a tirade directed at all things Chicago Bears, and especially Cutler.

This year is no different, and the 2016 ex-Bear is Martellus Bennett.

In a segment taped for ESPN’s E:60, Bennett called Bears players “bitches” and claimed this is why the team didn’t win more games while he was here.

“We just had a bunch of bitches on the roster,” Martellus said. “That’s why we didn’t win games, and coaches liked the bitches.”

That was all, Bennett, who was interviewed with his brother Michael Bennett, a defensive end for the Seattle Seahawks, went on to rip on Jay Cutler, mostly attacking his leadership.

“Some guys that you want to be the leader, that’s not the guy that’s a leader,” Martellus said. “Everyone in the locker room knows that this is not the leader, but this is what you want the face of the team to look like.”

While Jay isn’t the prototypical QB, and it sends like he’s always shied away from being a focal and vocal leader, he consistently is bashed from ex-teammates publicly.

Here is the minute long segment ESPN E:60 released on Twitter.
