Must Read: Lamarr Houston Destroys Aaron Rodgers Physically, Then Verbally
It looked as if the Chicago Bears were going to lose another big game against the Green Bay Packers. Then Lamarr Houston destroys Aaron Rodgers, connecting his helmet to Rodgers’ elbow.

Rodgers was slow to get up after the hit, and just by way of the eye test, he wasn’t the same either. Rodgers admitted that the hit effected him.
Even after the game he was waiting to get feeling back in a couple of fingers, that’s one hell of a hit!
Lamarr wasn’t finished destroying Rodgers though, after the game he was asked about Rodgers and his response was awesome.
“I didn’t really look at [Rodgers] after [the first sack], because I give two flying [expletive] about him,” said Houston. “I really don’t like that guy.”
It seemed like the Bears didn’t care much for the hoopla of Lambeau Field, and certainly didn’t care much for the Packers. Tracy Porter said as much as he was criticized for taking a small bite from the Madden Player of the Game turkey.
“We was eatin a lot of cheese out there”
This was a satisfying win by the Bears. While outside of Porter’s defensive play, and Jay’s control of the offense and taking what he was given, while not pushing the envelope much, there were not many great performances. With the way the Bears have played this season, it should be tough to bet against the John Fox led Bears in these grind them out style games.
Jeff Dickerson has said it perfectly.
“While rebuilding, the Bears remain a tough team to beat.”
That was especially true in Green Bay, and I don’t think it would surprise anyone if they remained extremely tough to beat through the remainder of the season.
GO BEARS!
