Video Gamers, Javy Baez has Some Cool News
While MLB The Show has always given some sort of suspense around who their cover athlete was going to be, this year there’s little suspense.

That’s right gamers, Cubs, and Baez fans – Javier Baez is the cover athlete for MLB The Show 20!
“I am so honored and excited to be on the cover of MLB The Show 20. I’ll never forget how it felt when I saw myself in the game for the first time (even as a backup!). It was so surreal. Still, it’s one thing to see your virtual self, but it’s completely next level to be on the cover of a game you’ve played and love. Let’s go!” Báez said.

If you don’t play, or don’t have a PlayStation, MLB The Show is hands down the best baseball game there is. In fact, for a while they were the only game in town if you wanted MLB players or teams.
There are little games that offer as much value as MLB The Show does, I mean, when you buy the game you’re getting like four games in one purchase. There are players that only play Franchise. Players that only play Road to the Show. Players that only play ranked seasons and players that only plays the challenges, in hopes of unlocking special players from yesteryear or Diamond Level players today.
This is pretty awesome for one of the most hyped players today being named the cover athlete for one of the most hyped games there are. It all completely makes sense for a guy that puts up video-game like numbers too.
