CONFIRMED: Cubs Land a Toronto Reliever

As reported by Jesse Rogers, the Chicago Cubs have landed reliever David Phelps for Thomas Hatch.

In 17 games in 2019, Phelps has allowed 14 hits with 18 K’s and 3 HR. Phelps was pretty solid in 2016 and ‘17 and missed all of 2018 due to Tommy John.

Phelps is on a $2.5 million deal with a 2020 option.
