Strop on the Move, to the IL

To back up a lot of people’s suspicion, Pedro Strop is headed to the Injured List.

The Cubs are recalling right handed pitcher Duane Underwood from Class AAA Iowa. Pedro Strop is headed to the injured list.

Strop has not been himself in 2019, his velocity has been down and the movement just hasn’t been there. I, along with many others, have felt that he was either still injured or just didn’t trust his legs.

As a corresponding move, the Cubs has recalled pitcher Duane Underwood from Triple-A Iowa.
