Is Sean Rodriguez public enemy number one?

Sean Rodriguez

If you watched the game earlier today, then I’m sure you noticed this thing Pirates’ player Sean Rodriguez did in the eighth inning when Pedro Strop was on the mound trying to hold a lead for the Cubs.

Just in case you forgot who Sean Rodriguez was (and his career .230/.298/.379 slash line), he’s the dude that got taken out early in the 2015 Wild Card game against the Cubs and took it out on a gatorade cooler.

Well, look at the score in these next few clips. Look at the count. And remember, he’s not that good.

In the first clip, he says something while also doing something with his helmet. Is he telling Strop to fix his hat? Him, of all people? LOL.

I was mind-blown when I saw this. Like, what is he doing? Take your swings and misses like usual, and get back to the bench.

So, after him trying to get into a fight with the Cubs AFTER being taken out last October, and now this: Is Sean Rodriguez public enemy number one among Cubs fans?

  1. I understand he has a problem in his mind and thinks he can get the Cubs player to start it and get kicked out of the game, but he needs his head examined before he come back to play. And the coach & management should tell him that and if they don’t they should be to blame for anything that is going to happen . He is a time Bomb really to go off and people are going to get hurt.
